Marketing that thinks for itself.

FFUN Labs is FFUN Group's in-house marketing team. We run paid search, social advertising, email, and analytics for 20+ dealerships across Canada. And we built our own AI agents to help us do it better.

Meet the team

The marketing team behind FFUN Group

FFUN Group runs 20+ automotive dealerships across Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario. We handle all their digital marketing, Google campaigns, Facebook ads, email, analytics, and everything in between.

In 2025, we started building something different. Instead of buying off-the-shelf marketing software, we built our own team of AI agents. They're not generic. They know every dealership, every brand, every seasonal pattern, and every campaign goal we've ever worked on.

This page introduces them.

The team

Five agents, five specialties. They don't work in silos, Senna coordinates, the others execute. Here's who does what.

Senna

The orchestrator

When a task is too big or too complex for one agent, Senna takes it. She reads the brief, figures out what needs to happen, and hands off to the right people. Think of her as the account director who actually follows up.

Ada

Google Ads

Ada lives in Google Ads. She manages search campaigns, digs into performance data, and flags when something's off. She's run audits on accounts spending six figures a month. She doesn't miss much.

Max

Meta Ads

Max handles Facebook and Instagram. He knows which audiences are burning out, which creatives are fatiguing, and when it's time to rotate. He notices that your cost per lead crept up 20% before the weekly report even runs.

Clio

Copywriting

Clio writes. Ad headlines, email campaigns, landing pages, promotional offers, all of it. She knows the FFUN brand well enough to write for a Harley dealership in Saskatoon and a credit-first used car lot in the same afternoon.

Walle

Reporting

Walle puts the numbers together. Monthly summaries, cross-channel performance, budget pacing, trend flags. He doesn't just build tables, he reads them and tells you what actually matters.

What gets done

Google Search and Performance Max campaigns written and managed for 20+ accounts. Not templated, each one built around the dealership, the market, and the month.

Facebook and Instagram advertising that adapts. Creative fatigue is real. Max and Walle track frequency and performance together so ads get refreshed before they go stale.

Copy on demand. RSA headlines, Meta ad text, email subject lines, promotional offers, Clio turns a brief into production-ready copy fast.

Monthly reporting people actually read. No walls of data. Walle writes summaries with context already built in: what changed, why, and what to do about it.

A shared knowledge layer connecting everything. Lead volumes, spend trends, seasonal patterns, market behaviour, our agents draw from the same pool of context our human team uses.

How the team works together

Here's a real example. Last week of the month. Lead volume is down at one of our Stellantis stores in rural Saskatchewan. Something needs to change.

Senna gets the brief. She figures it's part budget problem, part copy problem. She sends Ada to look at the campaign structure and tells Clio to write new ad variations for the current promotion.

Ada finds the issue, a negative keyword list accidentally blocking relevant traffic. Fixed. Bid strategy updated. Clio writes three headline variants that actually reflect the March offer instead of the generic fallback copy that's been running for six weeks.

Walle tracks the result over the next 48 hours and flags the improvement.

The whole loop, spot the problem, dig in, fix it, write new copy, confirm it's working, happens in a day. Nobody's waiting for a meeting, a handoff, or a Monday morning standup. The agents know the account. They know the brand. They just get to work.

That's how FFUN Labs runs. Human oversight, agent execution.
